It looks like Practiced Reflexes Rk 1 - 3 Are the same exact stats except the higher the rk the higher the Endurance cost? They all Trigger on 17000 Melee Dmg, but Rk 1 cost 588 Rk 2 617 Rk. 3 648. If its not doing anything diff wouldn't it go down the higher the rank?
