I like to use the pure energeian elemental power source myself. It provides a good amount of ac and hp.
No...just no. The minimal amount of hp you get will not balance out the ac you lose. Id rather mitigate the damage or avoid it than have a measly 2k hp more. This isn't Omens 2k hp is nothing
Yeh pretty much what dibab said. Any paladin that uses Elemental over a metal or the new steelstone, needs to be taken out back and put down like a lame unicorn.
Pure Energeian Metal Orb -- 75-97. Xorbb's Caged Hatred - 98-104 Geomantic Steelstone - 104-105. Of course, Xorbb's are hard to gain and still drain quick. That's more magelo padding. You're best to stick with Metal unless you have another one to burn for, say, raids only. /thread
