PoP Loot Tiers.

I've thoroughly enjoyed the random loot in PoP and was sad when PoTime was removed, but happy again once it was added back into the pot. I look forward to doing more than just PoTime/Elemental planes each week and having a chance for meaningful things to drop from small man raids as well.

This thread is full of people who haven't been in Time yet. It's super gross. Getting poi mini loot off phase 1. Fire mini loot off Quarm. I promise you will not enjoy Time right now.

This. Why do the ultimate zone in the expansion when you can get the same loot from Grummus and Terris?? It makes 0 sense. It should have been Time + Elementals in bucket 1 and Everything else bucket 2. That would have made much more logical sense and would have given randomness to time but not make time potentially completely worthless to complete.

Because that's not actually mischievous? This way you have many paths to the best loot, not just time and pof for months on end until your guild just stops logging in completely. I have zero problem getting trash loot off hard kills in time. I have zero problem with the best way to get loot not being Time at all. I do think Time is still worth while because it has a high concentration of loot dropping mobs, but still. It is going to make backflagging more attractive, you can get the same loot you can get in Time. It will make it viable to take a break from Time and go do some other zones when folks start to get sick of Time. It will probably be healthier for guilds in the long run.

All will be well if we don't all get out of this expansion in full BIS. I think the variability is much better than just kill these 7 mobs for the best loot and that's it the way Luclin was. You can't really have mischief without the risk of trash loot.

Again, if you can't laugh off getting PoI mini's loot in Time this isn't the right server for you.

You're insane if you think pulling 4 pieces of time loot out of time isn't going to cause population drop off quicker than just farming it out traditionally.

Further more the low tier content falls over in literally 30seconds. It's not the variety you think you're looking for.

Those folks probably shouldn't be on a random loot server then.

Uhh, that people who don't want to risk randomness giving them bad loot probably shouldn't be on a server where the randomized set up can give them bad loot? That's not projecting. That's just common sense.

Yeah, that sounds awesome and so different than every other iteration of PoP on TLPs to-date! This is genius! Somebody really should've thought about a system where you ONLY do Time and then an occasional sweep of elemental planes. C'mon, Daybreak!

The reason why people will still do time is because of the concentration of named mobs there, that said though, other then time most raids will be done now, not only PoFire. And tbh, some may skip doing PoTime every week because there are so many good options now.

It's actually bottling that these people knowingly sign up to a RANDOM loot server and then get mad when they get RANDOM loot. There are like 20 NON-RANDOM loot servers where the loot is neatly setup and takes risk/time versus reward into account that gives you everything your little heart desires. This is like choosing a pvp server and then coming cry to the devs that you keep getting pk'd.

You miss the point. What they want is time loot off of 30 second mobs. Why worry if time drops trash when you won't be farming it in the first place? This way they can "stick it to the raiders."

Random loot has limitations on it and does not mean that any raid mob can drop any raid item.
