On Agnarr the event to spawn Avatar Of Mist doesn't seem to be working. We've tried instanced and OW, and nothing happens when we kill the last phoenix on the island. Any chance of developers looking into this? Thanks.

Well, 1) Of course I've already read the ZAM entry. 2) It shouldn't be a problem in an instance, no matter what. 3) It's not the final named that won't spawn. The 4 windsurgers never spawn for us. It's broken.
