I'm new to this game, ding105 but some reason, attack is capped. Noticed by friend there are softcap by progression. BUT nowday, cant do old quest, partisan, etc etc so, my character's attack is capped. Please remove softcap of attack value by progression or I must do very very old quest by solo and maybe impossible.....
There will always be things to get from old expansions from heros <name> aa, epics, clickies, tradeskill etc. Dont worry though, you'll be glad to have these available when you roll thru eok and need stuff to do ;p
