I've lost progress and items because servers crash and roll back my characters, and I know there are many other people that have experienced the same. Events have had to be cancelled. And there has not been a peep from Daybreak concerning this issue. I would like to request that Daybreak comment on the recent horrid server instability, and let us know what is going to happen to fix it. Thank you.
Well technically they did respond. In one of the threads Radarx said they are aware of server stability issues. I am assuming what you would like though is actual information and explanations along with any idea if there is a time frame for resolution.
I know today's downtime was scheduled, but I still think that this server instability requires a simple answer by someone at Daybreak. I'm not going to bite your head off for an explanation, just please tell us what we can expect. Thank you.
