You may have noticed some exciting new items hitting the in-game Marketplaces. By their quality and creativity, you might think these were handmade professionally by the artists here at SOE. We don’t blame you for assuming that – the items look amazing – but that’s not the case! These are the first of many items made by players, for players, in Player Studio™. Take a look at what your fellow players have made! You can purchase this item in Marketplace today. For every Player Studio™ item sold, the creator earns money, which in turn means more items made and more items to buy! Let them know which of their items you like, which ones you don’t, and what kinds of items you would like to see created next over on the Player Studio™ forums. And remember, you too can design and create items for your game of choice. Player Studio is currently available in FreeRealms, EverQuest, and EverQuest II. Create items, earn cash, and change your game today. For more information on Player Studio™, click here.
incorrect, I developed all of my items from scratch. SOE Artist reviewed then approved them for in game use.
That is one thing I do not have control over, once I've submitted to the designers its in their hands beyond that for size and such. I do use the sample files to get some sort of sizing done before submission but final decision is in SOE hands.
Yep i do the same thing, I use the orignal shield sample file they had available and then the trident weapon sample for scale ( I take the assumption that the Trident is sized on the larger side )
My items are also made from scratch. What you see in game, is how I made them. The Art team @ SOE did not change any part of them.
I purchased the rounder of the two shields Cakvala made and it's proudly displayed on my chanter. Great work everyone!
Dear Player Studio fans/artisans: When may we be seeing identifying banners that one could apply to a house? Example: a house in the guild neighborhood is designated for blacksmithing supplies. A sign could be hung on the front of the house or hang from the mailbox and might have a anvil or some kind of icon on the sign. Same could be said of any tradeskill. There is already a sign for Bait Shop and another for Traveling Supplies: the quality of it is good enough for me. My needs are: (Baking, brewing, fishing, smithing, tinkering, alchemy, tailoring, fletching, Jewelry making and pottery). A tall order, I know
Not to offend thee, oh great one, but I wish to report that there are only - Armorer's Sign - Bait Shop Sign - Magic Supplies Sign - Traveler's Supplies Sign All four are found in the Marketplace. Not bad but I want more
