Plane of War Mission

In the War Games Mission you will find a Bloodmetal Inlaid Gnollish Totem in the chest, upon looting this you will then turn it in to Yaldu Bwor (the Gnoll shroud NPC), this will unlock 5 Gnoll Shrouds to use, as you level these shrouds the AC buff on the Totem Clicky will gain in power, at max rank it is 173 ac at level 100. This AC buff stacks with all other AC buffs.


On Test the Totem was in Chest no matter what you did, but I'm betting it was meant to be the reward for achieving the Bonus High Score.

Will also add, the catapult aura to tell if you will be hit by it, I believe requires Environmental Particles to be turned on

What kind of overall difficulty is this compared to past Anny missions?

Hmm, to beat it and get augs, it is on par with the rest of the missions for this year, the High Score 50k thing is kinda tough though it isn't boxer friendly to achieve or anything and you need a tracker for it for most part (bard is probably best due to selos speed + mez the runners, the runners that pop on emote don't aggro on you they just keep running)

So if you are just doing it for the augs, its cake. Otherwise, if you want the bonus, that is what challenges you huh?

Yep! Failing the Aura does do quite a bit of HP prob 60-70k DD (+ GFlux + Stun) after spell shield, outside of this though you can ignore all emotes and that if you just want the Aug, if it wasn't changed like Test has it, you will get both even

When is this going live? Exactly? Figured midnight SOE time, but meh, no NPC yet outside PoWar stone.

Are the gnoll shrouds anything special or is it the same level 5-70 stuff?

What's the connection with gnolls anyway? So far as I know, there are no gnolls in PoW.

Same as normal shrouds, yea, they level the same and all that, no idea on the connection

So the Bonus is the only one for 15th Anniversary not meant to give any reward?

If the gnoll illusion clickie is not the bonus loot, does that mean the augment is the bonus loot? If so, wow... I do not know if that is that cool. Considering all prior anniversary missions always dropped an augment all the time.
