I would imagine we would track vulak, aow, tormax, dain, tunare, yelinak lend .... ct maybe .... and i guess something in sleepers, depending on how the zone works for us.

I dont see a need to track sontalak, zlandicar and klandicar as well as 13 other dragons. But i guess the final decision is on machen!

Anything that gives a serverwide message, possibly?

Which is pretty much your list above, plus the 4 warders in ST. Though I'm not sure about Lend.

I know Dain, Tormax, Yelinak give systemwides. I'm assuming Vulak does. Do we know if Tunare, AoW, or any ST mobs do?

Aow does, i have no idea with tunare.

I really don't know, been a long time since I played Velious. Will try to track it down before launch.

Tunare did not. Avatar, along with all the Warders/Ancients did on Fippy iirc.
