Phinny - TDS unlocked, can't buy new merc AAs

    Suspened / unsuspened, logged out and back in, but the ranks behind levels 101+ won't work.

    They show as purchasable, you hit buy, but nothing happens.

    Have the same issue, really sucks, not sure how much merc AA I have lost due to this....
