I tried moving a char from Phinigel by invoking /servertransfer I was denied. It was supposed to be open after 18th of May, it's the 20th now. My fault. Character level too low to qualify.
I moved 3 the other day no issues. When you used /servertransfer did you get the pop up window ? What level is the character? Did you get the error message? "This character does not qualify..." Have you tried a /petition?
I have moved multiple characters from 3 accounts so far & was working fine up until yesterday at least. Check your character meets the server move criteria: https://help.daybreakgames.com/hc/e...for Transferring to a,within a 180 day period.
I have moved numerous characters in the past and am familiar with the Transfer window and use. Characters who qualify (level 20+ account paid more than 30 days, characters are year+ old, no recent transfers on account) Click transfer and nothing happens, which is NOT saying the character doesn't qualify, which would be normal if they didn't. All indicators say yes, past experiences say yes, window just doesn't respond to some characters.
