Petition Page Broken?

Is there a problem with the petition webpage? I've tried reading through the threads on the forums, but nothing I have done has worked. I'm trying to submit a petition because our heroic adventure is bugged and now we're unable to complete it (which is oh so convenient since all of the exp is now bundled to the final hail...).

You might want to contact our phone support team during open hours so they can escalate a petition for you. You can also post any bugs you find on the other forums.

Can save you the trouble. We had the same thing happen on the last step of our HA yesterday and were told there was nothing they could/would do other than let the powers that be know there was a bug. Our thoughts were exactly the same re: wasted time since we got little, if any xp unless we finished the HA. Thankfully it was a shorter one but it was one of the Dailies so we lost out on both the xp from the HA itself and the Daily bonus as it was the last we were able to do before our group broke for the day. It was beyond frustrating.
