I generally have my pet set to hold, but after camping and coming back, it often gets switched to ghold and then I have to manually fix it. Same thing happens if I turn hold off entirely -- when I camp and come back, it got changed to ghold. I don't understand why it doesn't retain my hold setting. Not sure if all classes, but my SK and Shaman characters at least. I have 11/12 in Companion's Discipline AA. I set my pet to hold: My pet changes to ghold after camping:
