Persona / Blocked Spell Interaction

Character: Level 125 Shaman + any persona
[Can Repro]

1. As a shaman, I have the AA-based group aura (Group Pact of the Wolf XVI, but this should apply to any rank of the AA) running at essentially all times. All ranks of that aura also apply a black werewolf illusion (Group Pact of the Wolf Form).
2. I have Group Pact of the Wolf Form blocked on my shaman because Iksar > Werewolf.
3. If I swap to a persona, and then swap back to shaman, the persona loading process apparently restores my active song-window buff list (including Group Pact of the Wolf XVI) before loading the persona-specific blocked spell list (including Group Pact of the Wolf Form).
4. As a result, I become a black werewolf with Group Pact of the Wolf Form active despite having that spell blocked.

I haven't been able to test if this applies to any similar effects from other classes (such as the BST Pact of the Wurine). It may be specific to Group Pact of the Wolf's mechanics as an aura.

Yes, I've experienced this bug as well. Zoning will apply the block list once again and clear the wolf form, but it's most certainly a bug.
