Not to overblow this, I can still kill stuff. But as I am doing older content to finish collects, hunters and stuff I am finding myself face tanking my wizard a ton of mobs that are immune to root/snare or summon or both. Anyway, isn't it bad enough wizards are the worst tank in the game? Our supposed plus is our dps, but that gets taken away largely also as most any mob interrupts casts most of the time. Here's just the ones I pulled from one fight, a lt blue construct of coal in scorched woods. But it seems any grey con mob with kick apparently can do this to me. I'm sure this is the same for any silk class, cept they prolly don't have to resort to this. Can we get an upgrade to the persistent casting AA which supposedly lets you cast through stuns?
Based on your logs, you're aren't being stunned. You're being interrupted. The AA only gives you a chance to finish casting a spell if you are stunned mid-cast. It doesn't protect against interrupts by other means. e.g. pushes, flings, bash, melee hit.
