Just started reading all the sub-quests needed to the Fiery Defender. I'm a level 56 Paladin. I see that I need the Book of Scales, and from what I have seen on Alla it only drops of the dragon that you can't be over 52 to raid. If that's the case am I messed up on doing the epic 1.0 and should just move on? Or is the info I've read wrong?
Two kunark dragons can also drop books. Skyfire Mountains Talendor LV60 Raid Encounter Dreadlands Gorenaire LV60 Raid Encounter
Additionally, there are Harbringers in those zones to spawn the dragon for you to kill that will drop the book.
You might check the baz. The book of scale can be sold and is often for sale from people who like to hunt the dragons. I think the last time I checked on xegony I wanna day it was 8-15k pp.
