How significant is this at 110? Is it still an awesome tanking click? Or just an extra thing that kinda helps a little?
It's one of those things that's probably not extremely important at this point in time but is nice to have. It's recast is 5 minutes so it pairs well with Epic 2.0. The click proc is only 1000 heal, I actually haven't looked to see how much that modifies up to on my 100 Paladin. But it's not really a game changer when it gets clicked like it used to be at 70-80 when swarming in Ruins of Illsalin / Frostcrypt etc. still it's free healing that doesn't conflict with anything.
It scales up with healing foci and number of attackers. I have it in a macro with other heal procs like current BP click (doesn't focus), Blood Drinker's Coating and the like. I hit that button when I want more passive healing, ideally with healing mods active, while stronger abilities are on cool down.
