Overseer - Wow, rude!

    I found one that's impossible to start as well. "Heartbeat of the World" requires 3x Soldier (5), there are only 2 agents with Soldier 5 (Firiona Vie and First Ranger Kele). Like Mead said, if they were (4) instead of (5) it would be possible. I also got another Elite quest on the other account and several slots would match the bonuses if they were 4 instead of 5 required.

    With how rushed Overseer was these kinds of quirks & anomolies should be expected.

    Either bug report them in the bug forum or raise a petition for them so they can get developer eyes on them & be fixed.

    After seeing this I just updated my UI and now I can see the wording of quests and agents in Overseer! However .. it looks like it reset all my progress to Level 1 0 xp.
