The first three agents that are required to start this quest are all wrong. The agents that I have that should fit those slots don't even come up in the selection. For the first I am seeing Phinegel or Kazon when it should be Nylianne the True. Second slot shows Meldrath when it should be Lord Nethryn and the third slot shows Tunare in the selection when it should be Barrith the Brave. I imagine if someone keeps trying with what is offered they will get a few successes but it seems odd. It reminded me of this...
