overseer rewards clarifiaction please

I finished overseer task collecting crushbone belts. The reward I chose was merc aa. It was 41.25% of a merc aa.I had 3.6 merc aa's when I chose it I went to 3.7 merc aa's. Is that correct? ( I was expecting to go to 4.125 merc AA's) Does it scale them more merc aa you have? I am 115 with 915 merc aa's. Not complaining just curious how its calculated. I thought others were lower then I expected this is the first one I actually had hard numbers for.

Already has a report open, known issue the value displayed in the window is 4x the value in data. Data is giving you the intended amount of merc AA.
