   Explorer (3) Bonuses: Half-Elf, Frivolous
   Explorer (3) Skeleton
   
   There are no level 3 explorers with Half-Elf or Skeleton.
   
   I can understand if some quests are just hard and have a low success rate, but it seems like it might be a bug when there are bonuses offered that are just impossible to get.
