Confirmed Overseer quest not offering Claw of Veehsan reward

The overseer quest A Bone To Pick, which is a level 5 harvester quest gives tradeskill items as reward options for other previous expansions, but not ones from Claws of Veeshan.

A Bone To Pick did offer CoV item rewards on a different character of mine, but on that same character, Blessed Weed Killer did not offer CoV items.

I reported this in game. What is happening is that if the mission completes with a Critical Success, then the Claws of Veeshan option is missing. It may also be rewarding crit success rewards on a normal success, judging by the amount of items given.

When you do a preview it shows up but after the quest is done and go to the reward CoV isnt there. Ive gotten a few to work but now its not giving the proper reward now.
