Acct 2:
Drunken Sailor - Faydark Bandit
Recruit Travelers - Faydark Bandit
Gears Within Wheels - Forest Gatherer
Courage for Kirathas - Forest Gatherer
Fungus for Us - Werewolf Gypsy
Auraline's Admirer - Lorisyn Oakwynd (Diplomat 4), Deathspore Composer (Explorer 1), Blighted Scarecrow (Spy 1) <- this is the worst one I've seen with 3 missing.
Dragon's Hoard - Faerie Courtier*
Can I get the Puppy? - Dwigus Lowater*


* Note that "Dragon's Hoard" and "Can I get the Puppy?" on different accounts had different agents that could not be assigned. The could chose the agent missing from the other account.


From this data set alone, there is more to it than X agent can't be assigned to a specific quest. The Agents are there and available, there are variances between accounts and quests (not all quests with issues on one account had any issues on the other, while some quests had issues filling different agent roles).

Ya dun broke something big with this patch.
