Overseer mass retirement of common agents

Explain more. I don't understand the possible benefit from that.

Honestly, the reward would be having less agents to lag me out. Just make it instant and I don't care.

At least, we should have a check box asking if we want more common agents when we get the Critical Success reward in a mission.

The game does get stuffed with cheap timesink crap which does prevent that the players have time for what they really want to do.
