Pros: - The fragment changes are a welcome alternative to the % chance of success from the first round of Overseer tuning on Live. - Experience gains seem pretty appropriate for time invested. For those who are waiting while trying to find groups, it's a good way to kill some time and progress your character. - DBC option for quest completion is Cons: - % Chance on Rare and Elite might be a little on the low side when using appropriate agents. Failure on these quests are very high. - DBC agent recovery costs seem a tad on the high side. Suggestions: - Consider adding the following to the Overseer Merchant: Collection fragments or collection item dispenser, All but most current Power Sources, 35 Purity Augs, Rare Gems (Prestigitase, Jacinth, etc), Research mats. Others? What are your thoughts?
I'd like something useful for those of us very disappointed by the recent nerfs Anything at all that would be useful - which pretty much means transferable (because as you say they aren't going to include current power sources etc) Otherwise a big chunk of the player base is disenfranchised (WTS 100+ non transferable collection dispensers....)
