I'm a bit confused by this AA. It says it increases the chance to stun (and improves chance for bash to stun but that part I get). Does it increase the chance for stuns to not be resisted? Because when i use a stun, as long as it doesn't get resisted and the mob isn't immune, it stuns them every time already. So does this reduce resist rates for stun spells? Or something else?
