Similar issue. My EQ window will not overlap the windows taskbar now.

I play in Window Mode and I have the setting enabled to overlap Windows taskbar.

It seems the overlap Windows Taskbar function is also not working.

windowed mode is now broke and the allow windows resize does not stop you from being able to minimize your window which if u accidently do it completely ruins your UI placement, taskbar will not stay hidden unless you physically hide the taskbar itself outside of everquest, please fix windowed mode back to how it has always been, thank you.

Edit post : I couldnt overlap taskbar on start up, found the button to be set to off. Changed to overlap taskbar and now its working after closing and reopening that account. So i 'guess its not broken for me anyway.

After checking the "Overlap Windows Taskbar" button in the game display options, I logged out and initially the log in screen was able to overlap the task bar (and only by manually moving the window around over it, the offset settings are still not working). However by the time I logged in to a character, the box was unchecked again on its own and I could not get the window to cover the task bar when I dragged it around.

As a temporary work-around, I have gone back to setting my task bar in windows to automatically hide. However I would appreciate a fix to this, as well as the windows offset settings reverting to 0.

Update, played entire raid night, screen was windowed and covering taskbar. Then i went to do key quest after and on zoning can no longer overlap taskbar window. For whatever reason eq is UNCHECKING the box every time i log out , and i'm not sure if its doing it on zoning also but its definitely doing it every log in. Please fix this checking it and trying to resize does nothing , tried to replicate what i did just before raid but cant duplicate it to hide taskbar behind eq window.

Have same problem. Enter eq check display tab overlap windows taskbar is unchecked. Check it , does nothing, zone still does nothing. Camp and log back in, overlap windows taskbar is UNCHECKED again. Nothing i can do will leave this option checked and checking it while logged in does nothing. Please fix, hide taskbar is not a fix to this as getting close to bottom of screen pops taskbar up hiding chat input windows.
