Out of era Anniversary items not expansion locked

Hi there,

We noticed the Tower Anniversary quests/rewards do not appear to be expansion locked which means they will likely be active immediately on Teek and Tormax on launch.

The level 60 rewards for this event go beyond anything available currently in Kunark and this truly disrupt the spirit of the new server in a way that is harmful to the new fresh server experience and economy.

Can this event be made to be locked to PoP? Most other anniversary quests and fable and such have an expansion they are locked to for good reason.

this goes against the spirit of the anniversary tower and is being said by someone who didnt even do the first ha on a lvl 60.the first sand ha at lvl 60 if not easy they have abilities the mobs kill defensive warriors in one ability with time gear. if you manage to kill that ha in kunark gear you deserve your items and augs.

infact i think they should go the opposite way and outside of fabled and hardcore heritage all anniversary stuff should be open if you manage to kill something for future rewards good for you.

the most fun ive had recently in eq is doing the two 120 missions at lvl 100 one is an anniversary and one is the storm tempest festival.

fabled would be increadibly distruptive pre omens. after omens though if you manage to kill fabled time for good loot good for you. the same goes for hardcore heritage

this also screams of weaponized petitioning that ruined vaniki currency bags.

want to sell loot to make a bunch of kr but dont want others to have an advantage over you by doing content you dont want to do? /gui press p and complain

This sounds like an opinion and not a bug
