As the title says. A player reported the problem in general chat. I booted up a fresh toon, claimed the reward, opened the package and verified that the General -> Vanity achievement set does not populate. I zoned and relogged the character to no avail. Completing a vanity achievement does insert the completed achievement, and only the completed achievement, the rest are still missing.
