Just asked for an update on my ticket and referred them to this thread. Will update if I hear anything back.
Thanks, I'm still not able to access my main account on any daybreak site (but can still log into game). Can't do pre-order, etc.
FYI they replied to my ticket that this should be fixed and I was able to verify that I can log in again.
Me too, so glad they got this fixed. Managed to log in and pre-order the expansion on my 3 accounts. I was worried they would not get it sorted before the 8th December.
I am having this exact issue on 1 of my accounts. I have filed a support ticket on Friday - hoping to hear something back soon.
