One account can't log into account management

    Just asked for an update on my ticket and referred them to this thread. Will update if I hear anything back.

    CS just let me know that a fix for this is targeted for Thursday, pending testing results.

    Thanks, I'm still not able to access my main account on any daybreak site (but can still log into game). Can't do pre-order, etc.

    Yeah, nothing on my ticket yet. DBG is PST, so they have quite a bit left to their workday still.

    FYI they replied to my ticket that this should be fixed and I was able to verify that I can log in again.

    Me too, so glad they got this fixed. Managed to log in and pre-order the expansion on my 3 accounts.
    I was worried they would not get it sorted before the 8th December.

    I am having this exact issue on 1 of my accounts. I have filed a support ticket on Friday - hoping to hear something back soon.
