okay i have to ask - is it me?

I was just wondering, since I came back to start playing after sooooooooo many years away, the servers have been down more times then I can remember from beta3, is this how it always is or did I just happen to have some pure dumb luck attempting to come back during the bug season?

EQ has managed to keep up with 20 years of OS upgrades, It's amazing that it runs at all on modern PCs.

MS dropping support for older OS has foced a lot of gaming companies to make changes.

They did some major server and client updates. This patch period has been particularly bad, but it isn't normal by any means.
