In Underfoot there are portal pads you step on in certain zones to zone, but the one in Lichen Creep is missing. It's always been missing. You kind of have to run face-first into the wall at the approximate location where the pad should be to zone out. Why not put the missing pad where it goes? The NPC there, Rinna, even says there's supposed to be a pad there. "If you want to cross, all you have to do is step onto the pad" Missing zone pad: Here's what a zone pad should look like:
