Oasis of Fire quest complete but did not get reward

Description: Oasis of Fire quest complete but did not get success message.

Title of bug should be, "Oasis of Fire quest complete but did not get success message", but I don't know how to change this.

Issue is intermittent. first time I did quest, I got success message, but completing a second time did not show the green success message.

I originally thought I also did not get the Timeless Token reward but on further checking, it seems I got the reward. So looks like only issue is the green success message did not appear
