Not able to purchase All Access. Keep getting an error.

    This is a second account. I was able to purchase with no issue on my first account sooo, why the issue here?

    There are similar reports of account functions not working right - you may want to report this under the bug forum

    Also cannot consume krono to add time. I suspect it may be related.

    Same, have had the issue since last week. Filed a ticket but no response yet (of course...)

    Issue persists this morning (Monday.)

    The one-year auto-payment has stopped and seems to reject my credit card.
    I'm a good customer and I still use this credit card on amazon and it hasn't expired.
    Their website may have stopped retaining credit card information.

    Now I am paying via STEAM.
