Camera view should absolutely be carried over through death just like how it persists through zoning. I'm sure the issue is that the death cam takes control of the camera and they don't cache the previous setting so they just reset it to default on respawn, but it really shouldn't be that complex of a QoL improvement to implement regardless of how spaghetti EQ is.

Windowed mode + 3rd person is the most versatile. There is no argument against it. I run 2 monitors plus a TV, so fullscreen would be madness. You can't take having a bar at the top? Guess what- you don't even see it after a few days. No 3rd person? You probably die a lot to adds. You're handicapping yourself. Sorry for the rant but you didn't have to give your opinion either.

I also order my burgers / sandwiches with EVERYTHING. If you don't eat pickles or onions you are an actual monster.

Full screen is awful due to the instability it causes when the OS has to switch between DirectX and GDI. Everyone familiar with PC games knows alt-tabbing out of a fullscreen game often causes the game to crash.

Almost all games use Borderless Window mode by default now, it is far more stable.
