Where can I preview the random items in this crate?

Not sure if there are previews of everything yet... I do have a few of the items I could take screenshots of if you wanted.

Here is the Ice Giant illusion

So...where do we turn these items in to get the activateable item? On Phinigel and both the Mount and the suit of armor don't have a right click effect.

Not sure, on live servers there is a claim reward button on the items.

That opens a reward window.

Eonan try swapping to normal UI, guildie had the same issue and it was due to the UI not having the convert piece
