I don't know if it's been brought up before (yes, I searched. The forum search function is a bit limited) but what do you all think about a Hero's Forge set that makes you look like you're not wearing anything in that visible slot at all. I get that current HF is really just some skinned geometry over the existing character model but I'm sure there's a way to make it work.
Don't monks have a look where they don't appear to have much on above the waist? Interesting idea I suppose, but IMHO it could be carried too far. Nude ogres and trolls could cause the game to have to have a warning about hazards to eyesight.
