I am planning on or ordering the expansion once it becomes available. My question, however, is will I get access to EoK the day I pre order the new expansion, or, do I have to wait until the new expansion comes out to get EoK from my pre order?
Pretty sure the last few have given you day 1 to released ones since they charge you the instant you pre buy

Riou is right - when you pre-order Ring of Scale, you'll immediately be granted to all expansion content up through Empires of Kunark.

In the past, they offered expansion upgrades for DBC, any chance we will see that for eok before Ros goes on sale?
