New cultural armor/armour

    Hey guys,
    I think we seriously need a new set of cultural orbs and new installment to replace our regals

    Primed fragment of darkened water be cool and say 50 pct focus. The recipes are all there already just need new orbs and darkwater silk, ore, marrow and some goo and essence so come on we can do this! ;)

    I am hoping this will be released with T2 and maybe echo the 52 pct focus but since its been said that everything is begin released at once this time and we cant find it in beta the odds are that its not going to happen this expansion.

    Heres hoping to be wrong!

    I don't think that it's every been done before but I'd love to see raid versions of the cultural weapons. They'd be the ultimate "play your way" weapons since we could basically pick and choose our procs.

    Heck, even give us the option for really fast and/or really slow weapons that are outside of the cookie cutter from-now-until-forever delays we're currently stuck with.
