Need to update Mercenaries to scale Level 106-110

The level of the person casting the spell as well as the spell's level determines if it overwrites some spells as will the amount of HP increase the buffs give. Druid skin of the same level range should never be overwritten by the Cleric temp buff line for that level range. Now if you are using a lower level range Druid skin it can be overwritten in some cases (i.e. Cleric buff 107, while druid skin is 105).
