There is zero dev interest in any accommodation being made for necros' wildly overpowered item. Further, you should probably get used to the idea of it being sort of nerfed. I expect the focus to be level capped along with the vertical merging of dot lines, so that it ends up doing nothing for 105s and the class can move forward without its distortions.
