My other account completely disappeared this afternoon. It has an active subscription and I was playing it this morning. Whenever I log in on the website it says: Invalid credentials. On the launcher it says: There was an error completing your request. Please try again. If i bypass the launcher it just times out after a few minutes.
Reset your password. If you can't get that done, contact Customer Support. Have your payment information available.
