Last patch supposedly should have fixed this? - Free the Goranga (Raid) - Targets of the shadow chains effect will no longer be hit by the moonfall effects, so they can run as far away as they would like. Messaging has been added to let the target know when the chains protect them from the moonfall. i dont think this is true.everyone is receiving the protection message but you still get the punishment if you did not get in the aura in time. Drowtoy isn't the called dodger, but I visually witnessed that they were slow to move and should have (and were) punished properly. It appears as if whoever was tasked this, misunderstood what they were supposed to do. If you don't get in the aura you don't get this message The shackles block the falling moonshards from smashing into you. So basically, they made a success emote for getting in the aura.
Moonfall is only cast individually on each person that fails. You can see this in logs. If no one fails it doesn't even get cast. When it checks where people are to decide who to hit, it probably needs to skip the check both for someone with the shackles DoT and for the last people emoted. (People being when the shackles only target two.)
