It would be way too powerful in era for TLP. I don't think you're meant to solo effectively seeing how from their point of view this is the equivalent of a T3 zone. The tiering in RoS is an extention of EoK. Group geared people being able to solo in it at all is more due to the level increase in most cases. Also, what the mobs seem to hit on average and the frequency didn't change that much from Beta to Live and neither did the stats on the gear; so I stand by my previous statement.
To be clear I'm talking about with a merc. You can continuously kill in Overthere. If you have everything up you can even handle a named. This is in full RoS raid gear and maxed AA. It most certainly changed quite a bit from beta to live.
