Monk: Fists of Wu, Direwind Totem of Battle

I recently started a monk (he is 109 now) and have a few questions I have tried asking ingame but noone seems to know. Hopefully someone here does

1) Fists of Wu: I remember a long time ago reading this disc was all but useless anymore because most (if not all by now) reach the cap on double attack and this adds nothing is this true?

2) Direwolf totem of battle: pretty much same as above, its a familiar with + double attack buff, worth using or will it add no benefit?

3) Belly button or Tail for max DPS?

Fists of Wu and Direwolf totem are both either obviated by ranger buff Predator, or obsoleted by Jann illusion buff. If one has neither the buff nor the illusion... well, suppose I'd have to parse that I know rogues still need some version of this effect, and it appears the Burst of Power AA is the same 24% for all melee classes, but rogues have 270 skill cap - monks are 280. I suspect that makes the effect extraneous entirely for y'all, but it'd take a little bit of parsing
