Mobs are resisting slow and mez more in the last 2 weeks

You clearly don’t play a shaman. I always have my proc def buff on tank + AA slow on just about everything since forever. It’s true that I don’t use counterbias (cast time is to long).

It’s hard to come up with any data on a change that was never communicated to us by the devs. Perhaps an unintended consequence of something else?

If you don’t a change is coming you cannot accurately parse for it. I don’t have logs on unless a raid and I don’t slow much during raids.

How is the crappy belt cripple landing most of the time but the belts slow component is being resisted as much as it is?
