Missing Shaman spell upgrades

    No new rain.
    No upgrade to feral line.
    No upgrade to crippling counterbias.
    No upgrade to spiritual surge.
    No upgrade to flocks breath

    but oh boy thanks for ward of regeneration.

    spiritual surge is still pretty strong. any upgrade at this time would make other classes jelly and call for us to be overnerfed. so im happy where we are. i sure would have liked to see a few new spell lines tho but whatever

    Well they DID make "Group Pact of Wolf" lasts 10 minutes on group, overwrite our permanent self Pact of Wolf..... UGH!
