I did this, just they did not read the actual tickets or the disputes and only got one of the accounts. The charge back were for 3 transfers that i bought and for my 3 accounts that I box. Took them another few days but I finally got them all reactivated. Now if they could just fix the transfers so I could use what i bought in the first place. Or have me at home when they ask me to delete toons i saved on luclin saving my characters names so they can force transfer me. They are really good at contacting me while i am at work mon-fri 3-4pm pacific time instead of on the weekends or after work. Only reason i got this fixed was i answered emails on my breaks. but deleting characters is something i cannot do. not like i can take my desktop to work with me in a cabinet shop
