'Misplaces Dollies' collection achievement

So I have done the 2021 Frostfell quest series 'To all a good doll' successfully. Additionally there is the 'Misplaces Dollies' collection achievement, which needs another set of the eight dolls plus the tradeskilled Growling Dolly. So I collected the materials for the Growling Dolly again but I can't get the Magic Dust from Ganjleg Gigglegibber. He does react to [magic dust], [is this about] and [Frostfell gift] and answers: "Here you go. Happy Frostfell!". But he does not hand me the actual Magic Dust. Anyone experiencing similar problems? Or have a solution?

You need to request the doll crafting quest again if you want more magic dust. No need to finish it, but the goblin won't give you more if that quest is not active.

I was afraid that is the answer... This is a pretty unnecessary roadblock, especially since all the other parts are available and we keep the Frostfell Biting Doll Kit. Even the Yeti Fur is available as a ground spawn next to the satchel in Timourous Deep. All this just looks like it should be possible to create the doll without redoing the quest after having done the quest-series once...

Dev pointed out in the bugs section that you need to say "more dust" to get more.

What is the point of having two Growling Dolly ? Can it be turned in for some extra reward ?

You need 1 for the quest and you need one to collect.

Something got screwed because of the combine bug. I have finished the quest today and received a Yeti familiar. So yeah, it has to be done twice.
