Mischief Boxing Lag

Anyone else boxing and getting severe lag that carries over into your pc. I close all 3 accounts out and boom instantly fine (takes forever and way faster to just hard restart pc but).
Temps are fine, ram has been tested 12 hours, fans 100% all the time, cpu processes etc nothing above 50%. Fiber hardwired connection, work for isp, all good there. I only started having the issue when I could box. I only open the accounts and click on windows bar to cycle through them since im not hardcore, no 3rd party programs or w/e people may use.

    Thanks

make shore you have frame rates to maximum on the 3 accounts, check how to maximise the speed of your cpus,i use isoboxer because it allows me to set up my cpus like 1 cpu for account or use the best combos of cpu for the 3 accounts,i had no issues 6 boxing on my 6 year old pc,google how to reduce lag while boxing.i do have a new pc now and with 32 gig ram its flawless the only lag i get is eq when i cross certon parts of the map for a split second even in raids i dont lag.

Don't reduce your background fps below 60 , auto follow will suffer. Check your cpu usage in task manager and look into the cpuaffinity settings in the ini.

Shot in the dark. On one of my computers ~Daybreak Game launcher or something like that was staying persistent. Only way to get to it w/o a reboot was <Ctrl><Alt>Delete into Task Manager and kill it from there. It would stay running when you got a 'could not connect' or problem loading game, even if you closed the into screen. I'd have like 1 or 2 actual games running and maybe 4 persistent launchers. You can close them all if the game has completed loading. Once again, only saw this on an older AMD system.

Any way to force the game to use my actual video card, rather than the onboard graphics on the motherboard?
  8. phattoni Augur

in the options editor found in the patcher, there is an option to choose which video card, it defaults to onboard.

First thing I tried, but it only lists the onboard chip, sadly. It's the only time I've seen this on any computer I've owned with both discrete and onboard graphics. I also checked other games, and they show that my discrete graphics are being used, not the onboard. Very strange.

Under Windows Graphics settings there should be a list of apps. You should be able to select from a drop down menu which GPU is preferred per program.

Here's an article with other things to try if that doesn't work. https://www.alphr.com/force-program-to-use-gpu/

Thanks, I'll give that a try.
UPDATE: That has fixed the issue for me, thanks for the link.

Not windows defender, it was fine without boxing on one PC but I'll try that, I'm trying one thing at a time to find the fix for others possibly

EDIT: it was already accepted on there too so :(
